In September 2012, Bin Tami Holding acquired a stake in Afaq Educational Company which enabled it to obtain a seat on the Board of Directors - a closed joint stock company specialized in education, training, management and operation of schools. It owns a number of schools in the Kingdom, Afaq Al Budaiya Schools - Afaq Al Suwaidi Schools - Afaq Al Masif Schools - Future Pioneers Center for Educational Supervision and Development (Afaq Educational Company – Kingdom Saudi Arab).
